You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.

We provide a 30-day Full Money Back Guarantee for subscription plans, including all 1-month, 6-month, and annual subscription plans. To ensure that all customers have enough time to evaluate whether the purchased product and service meet their needs, we provide full money back guarantee. Full refund request will be approved within this guarantee only if the refund request is submitted within the subscription's specified money-back-guarantee period. If a refund request is not submitted within the subscription's specified money-back-guarantee period, no full refund will be issued. - Users whose subscription plans are billed as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store (iTunes) are not guaranteed by the Sonics VPN 30-day Full Money Back Guarantee. Instead, users can request refunds through the App Store, which are issued solely at the discretion of Apple Support.
- Due to their nature, cryptocurrencies, tokens and digital assets are generally irreversible and their exchange rates are highly volatile and transitory. We can not be responsible for any risk including but not limited to exchange rate risk and market risk. Products purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens or digital assets will not be refunded.
How to cancel and refund
If customers want to cancel the subscription or request refund, please contact our support team to submit your request. Once a refund is issued, customers cannot use the product and service any more.
